  • Picture having a chat over a cup of coffee with an old friend that you haven’t seen in awhile. I will ask you some questions to learn more about you as a person and to better understand your treatment goals. You do not ever have to discuss anything you are uncomfortable with!

  • I’m currently accepting Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, and UHC. If I’m not in network with your insurance and cash pay prices are not realistic for you, please do not hesitate to reach out to see what we can work out.

  • This depends entirely on your goals and how quickly you are wanting to see improvement. Weekly or biweekly sessions will typically be recommended to start in order to maintain consistency and a growth mentality.

  • Just have a chat with me! I offer free 15 minute consultations for new clients to see if we are a good fit for each other. I won’t be the right counselor for everyone, and that’s okay. I want to make sure your therapy journey is as productive and enjoyable as possible, which means you need to feel comfortable and confident in whoever you decide to work with.

  • If you are not ready to be challenged for the sake of personal growth or ready to start taking small steps out of your comfort zone, then counseling probably isn’t for you right now. While I will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate, I won’t be your “yes” woman. I always come from a place of love and caring, but it is up to you to be receptive.
