With over 10 years of experience working with substance use and mental health disorders in both adolescents and adults, I’m thrilled to provide the compassion and the confidence boost needed to make some big (and maybe some not-so-big) changes in your life.

Nothing is off-limits, from learning to love yourself again to setting some necessary boundaries or even getting sober.   • I currently hold licenses as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC).

    I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a Masters degree in Addiction Counseling.

  • I’ve worked in various levels of care throughout my career, meaning I’m ready with open arms for whatever you can throw at me! From Intensive Outpatient, to Partial Hospitalization, to Inpatient and Residential Treatment, my vast experiences have prepared me for your newest endeavor.

  • While people with substance use disorders and adolescents hold a very special place in my heart, I have more than enough love and guidance to spread to all of my clients no matter their struggles.

  • My husband and I are parents to 2 spunky little girls, but our household wouldn't be complete without our dog, cat, and bearded dragon. I’m no longer allowed at the animal shelter without supervision because I always try to bring an animal home. *eye roll* Reading is my favorite hobby (the spookier the better), and I wear Vans pretty much every day of my life. I love what I do and can’t wait to connect in session!
